These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the LAGFX website and to products and services provided by LAGFX, including courses, mentorship, memberships, digital resources, community access, trading tools and related services.
By purchasing or using a LAGFX product or service, you agree to these terms.
1. About LAGFX
LAGFX provides trading education, mentorship, market information, digital learning resources, trading tools and community services.

2. Educational purposes
LAGFX provides educational and informational services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, information provided through our courses, mentorship, website, community, market analysis, webinars, trading floor or other services is general information and is not personalised financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
Nothing provided by LAGFX guarantees that a particular trade, strategy or financial decision will be profitable or appropriate for your individual circumstances.
You remain responsible for your own trading decisions.
3. Trading risk
Trading financial markets involves significant risk and is not suitable for everyone.
You may lose some or all of the money committed to trading. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Examples, trading results, testimonials, strategies, analysis and demonstrations provided through LAGFX should not be interpreted as guarantees of future performance.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use LAGFX paid trading services unless expressly stated otherwise.
By purchasing a service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into an agreement with us.
5. LAGFX services
Services may include, depending on the package purchased:

VIP trading access;

community or Discord access;

the LAGFX Classroom;

trading tools and resources; and

The exact features included in your purchase will be those described at the time you purchase.
6. Mentorship
Mentorship is intended to provide education, structure, feedback and support.
Mentorship does not guarantee trading profitability, successful trades, completion of proprietary trading challenges or any particular financial result.
Scheduled sessions may occasionally need to be rearranged due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Algorithmic trading tools
Certain LAGFX packages may include access to automated or algorithmic trading technology.
Automated trading involves financial risk. An algorithm cannot guarantee profits, returns, consistency or protection against losses.
Market conditions can change rapidly and historical or simulated performance does not guarantee future performance.
You are responsible for deciding whether to connect, activate or use any automated trading tool and for understanding the risks involved.
You remain responsible for your trading account, capital, broker arrangements and risk settings.
8. Accounts and access
Where a service requires an account, your login details are personal to you.
You must not share, sell or transfer your account or give another person unauthorised access to paid LAGFX materials.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe an account has been shared, compromised or misused.
9. Payments
Prices and payment arrangements will be displayed before purchase.
Where instalments or recurring payments apply, you agree to the payment schedule presented when purchasing.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains valid.
10. Subscriptions and renewals
Where a LAGFX service operates as a recurring subscription, payments will continue at the frequency disclosed when you subscribe until cancelled.
You may cancel future renewals in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided with your subscription.
Cancellation stops future renewal payments but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for amounts already paid, except where required by law.
11. Cancellation and refunds
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Depending upon the service purchased and the way it is supplied, UK consumer law may provide a cancellation period.
Where you request immediate access to digital content or services during a statutory cancellation period, we may ask you to expressly agree that supply begins immediately and acknowledge the effect this may have on your cancellation rights.
Where a service has already begun during a cancellation period at your request, you may be required to pay for the proportion already supplied where permitted by law.
Any additional refund or cancellation conditions applicable to a particular LAGFX product will be clearly communicated before purchase.
Nothing in these terms removes a refund or remedy to which you are legally entitled.
12. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, LAGFX owns or licenses the intellectual property contained within its courses, videos, documents, educational materials, trading resources, graphics and other original content.
Purchasing access gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own learning.
You must not without written permission:

copy or redistribute paid materials;

share course or membership access;

record or republish paid sessions;

resell LAGFX materials;

commercially exploit our materials; or
-
reproduce LAGFX materials as part of another educational or commercial service.
We may terminate access where these terms are breached and pursue any remedies available under applicable law.
13. Community conduct
Members using LAGFX communities, live calls, Discord or other interactive services must behave appropriately towards other members and contributors.
We may remove content or suspend access in cases involving harassment, abuse, fraud, unlawful behaviour, impersonation or serious disruption of the community.
14. Market information
LAGFX may provide market analysis, charts, calendars, heat maps, trading observations and educational examples.
Markets can change rapidly. We do not guarantee that market information displayed through our website or third-party tools will always be complete, accurate or available in real time.
You should independently verify information before making trading decisions.
15. Brokers and third-party services
LAGFX may introduce or link to independent businesses including brokers, proprietary trading firms, trading platforms and technology providers.
These companies operate independently and have their own terms, eligibility requirements, fees and risk policies.
You are responsible for carrying out your own research before opening an account, purchasing a service or committing capital to a third party.
LAGFX is not responsible for the availability, actions, financial condition or performance of independent third-party businesses.
16. Commercial partnerships
LAGFX may have commercial or referral relationships with businesses featured on our website, including brokers, proprietary trading firms or other providers.
Where applicable, LAGFX may receive a commission, referral payment or other commercial benefit when someone registers or purchases through a LAGFX referral link.
A commercial relationship does not guarantee the suitability of a third-party service for you.
17. Proprietary trading firms
Participation in a proprietary trading firm's challenge or funded trader programme is subject to that firm's own rules and eligibility criteria.
LAGFX cannot guarantee that you will pass an evaluation, receive a funded account, retain a funded account or receive any particular payment or return.
18. No guarantee of results
LAGFX does not guarantee profits, investment returns, successful trades, funded accounts or any particular financial outcome.
Trading performance depends on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions, individual decisions, experience and risk management.
19. Website and service availability
We aim to keep LAGFX services available and functioning correctly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, security, third-party systems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
20. Our responsibility
We will provide services with reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful or removes statutory consumer rights.
Subject to applicable law, LAGFX is not responsible for trading losses arising from trading decisions made by you.
21. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these terms, misuse LAGFX services, share paid materials without permission, engage in unlawful activity or seriously disrupt our community.
Where appropriate, we will act reasonably in exercising this right.
22. Changes to our services
We may update course materials, tools and features as our services develop.
Where a material change significantly affects something you have already purchased, we will communicate this where appropriate and your statutory rights will not be affected.
23. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our business, services or applicable law.
The latest version will be published on our website with its revision date.
24. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, nothing in this section removes any rights you have under applicable consumer law concerning where proceedings may be brought.
