  • When you register to receive LAGFX's alerts

  • Register for a Forex trading course

  • When you attend a Forex trading course

  • When you purchase LAGFX's Mentorship Programs

We only collect sensitive personal if we are under a legal obligation to do so, for example, relating to your health if you request special assistance for an event. Any such information is securely stored on your delegate profile.

HOW LONG WILL LAGFX KEEP MY INFORMATION?

CAN I FIND OUT WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION HD TRADING HOLDS ABOUT ME

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. There is no fee for the first request. A £20.00 fee may be charged for subsequent requests. We require you to prove your identity with 2 pieces of approved identification. We will provide you with the information within 1 month of your request unless requests are complex and numerous.
